• The Elliott Bay Café is pleased to announce it will remain open for business in its present location as our upstairs neighbors re-locate to Capitol Hill. However, until there is a steady patronage increase throughout the evening, we have adjusted our hours and will be closing Monday through Sunday at 3 p.m., with the exception of sporting games and special events.
